We’re so excited about the wonderful sale we have planned this weekend!!!

This was rescheduled to this weekend due to Hurricane Dorian.

We have the home contents to sell of the late Mrs. Jean Herring. She was a fine woman in our community and volunteered her time to our area and received volunteer of the year. Mr. Herring was a recipient of the Long Leaf Pine Award. The home is to be rented following the sale. Please leave your name and number if interested in speaking to the owners about it.

We have a terrific outside Home for Sale on the property as well!

It is a Tin Roof, 3 door, 2 room house. It was constructed in the 1800's and kept up through the years until about 1960 when it was used for storage. The interior is in really good shape as is the flooring. It's a terrific old country house with a porch! The house is on Cinder blocks so it should move easily. It has the beautiful old tongue and groove boards. It will be sold to the first person that pays $5,000.00. It would be fantastic to see it brought back and updated.

We have an outdoor antenna for sale (you must disconnect and move). Under the carport we have old shutters. Ladders, picnic table and benches, wagon wheel and much more. Inside the home all window treatments are for sale. A fabulous mid 1800's Hall tree and a 2 over 2 oak chest with glass top. Complete dining room suite by Craftique Furniture Co. (Great quality) It has a gateleg table, 6 chairs, and 2 corner cabinets!!! A 1/2 round table, a marble top with drawer. 2 sofas 2 love seats, 3 bedroom suites, 2 full beds one twin set. Several china patterns, crystal, silver, silverplate, good tablecloths, old children’s toys, vintage child’s swing, children’s chairs, whiskey jug, collector dairy bottles, jars, drink bottles, old store cookie jars, tea sets, old pattern glass, vintage ice crusher, pictures, mirrors, tea cup collection, Andrews and Herring coat of arms, beautiful oil lamps, one large brass one converted to electric, heavy vintage floor lamps, railroad.lantern, vintage games in great cond.
