A Lifetime Collection of Extraordinary Things

Hidden within this lakefront home is a lifetime of collecting, curation, and sheer fascination. From crystal chandeliers and antique furnishings to vintage fashion, country-store treasures, toys, artwork, holiday collectibles, and wonderfully unusual objects, virtually every room reveals another surprise.

For decades, Teresa and Joe Waters, known throughout the region as discerning collectors and curators of exceptional things, assembled a collection with few rivals. Their passion extended across centuries and styles, resulting in an extraordinary mix of the elegant, the nostalgic, the whimsical, and the wonderfully unexpected.

Following Teresa’s passing, Joe has begun the process of downsizing, and we are honored to represent him in this remarkable endeavor.
