Please line up by number ten minutes before start time. If not present when number is called, we go to the next person until everyone has entered the house. There may be a wait on the first day to enter as we can only allow a set number of shoppers depending on the size of house. All items must be removed from the property by end of the last day of the sale. No returns/refunds. All SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. The sold sticker must have your name and phone number on to be considered sold. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy. 2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. If you wish to make an offer on any item over $60 on Friday only, please ask for a OFFER sheet. Your offer must be at least 60% of the asking PRICE. If you make THE HIGHEST OFFER on an item we will call and inform you. MUST BE REACHABLE BY PHONE THAT DAY. Please honor your offer and come in the last day of the sale, pay for and pick up your item(s) by the end of the sale on the last day. 4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by the closing on the last day of the sale. You MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP as our employees DO NOT help load large items. 5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing or any questionable activity, we will call the police. 6) Doors will open at the published time, not before. 7) Only a certain number of people will be allowed into the house due to the size of the home and safety of our customers. Please know that we will get everyone in as soon as we can possibly do so. Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing. 9). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place item back where you found it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs. 10) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item. 11) NO food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch. 12) NO PETS In the house, unless service animals.
