We are doing our best to flatten the curve in regards to COVID-19. As a result, preview will be open by appointment only. After auction pick up will be scheduled and staggered in order to avoid no mass gatherings. If you do not feel comfortable picking up at our facility we are happy to ship your purchases to your home or hold on to them for you. Any storage fees are being waived in an effort to better accommodate our buyers.

Our auctions always feature a selection of quality furnishings, from antique to  brand new. Woods include cherry, mahogany, walnut, oak, pine, and more. Including dining room sets, bedroom sets, living room furnishings, occasional tables/chests, appliances and multiple home accessories. 

Terms of sale: 10% Buyer's Premium plus 3% convenience fee for credit or debit. NC Sales tax of 6.75% collected unless tax ID number on file. Cash, check (w/ prior approval), and all major credit cards accepted. All sales final. All items sold AS-IS. Payment must be made IN FULL on day of sale. Buyer assumes responsibility for all items upon completion of bid. Items left on premises after scheduled pick up time(s) are FORFEITED.  Announcements on day of sale take precedence over printed materials.
