- We are back and honored to bring this sale to the community! The amount of history we uncovered seemed unending. Once you view the following photos, you will understand why we are thrilled to open our doors June 24th!

A lot has changed in the world in the past few months and we have made some adjustments to our procedures. We are all about safety and good health during our sales.

- Limited entry - we will give out numbers beginning 1 hour prior to opening time each day. Once you get your number we ask that you either socially
distance in the yard/field or return to your car until 15 minutes before the start of the sale. Please be mindful of social distancing as you line up
according to your number. The house is quite large yet full but we hope to move people through in a timely manner.

- Please wear a mask. No mask, no entry. If you do not have one, we will have them for sale for $1 each. Our goal is to protect our customers as well as
our staff who have worked so hard to bring you this amazing sale!

- We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the house for your use and safety so be looking for it! We will also be sanitizing hand rails, door
knobs, etc..

- PARKING! PLEASE READ THIS! If the ground is dry, parking will be in the field in front of the house (not to be confused with the front yard). The field
is beyond the front yard and will be roped off. There will be signs and/or someone there directing you to the 'Front Field'. If the ground is wet, parking
will be on the area streets and not in the field or the driveway. Please be mindful to park where neighbor's driveways and mailboxes are not blocked.
The nearby streets are narrow, so please park so that it does not congest the streets. The streets must be wide enough to allow emergency vehicles
and school buses to get through.

- The owner as well as ReNesting Resources will not be responsible for accidents or injuries.

- Please bring help to load large items. We are either too old or too tired. Seriously.

- We do not give out prices prior to the sale. Please do not call for prices.

- Large bags will not be allowed inside the house. We will have boxes inside for carrying the items you want to purchase.

- Cash, personal check (with appropriate ID), and credit card (plus 3% service charge) are all acceptable payment methods. Also, we are now having to
charge 7% NC sales tax.

- Before you purchase, make sure you will be happy with your purchases. All sales are FINAL and there is no return. Items are sold AS IS.

- Numbers will be given out mornings beginning at 8:00 - one number per person. When the doors open at 9:00, you will enter the sale according to
your number. See above comments.

- All purchases must be picked up at the end of the last sale day.

Description & Details

When you come to this sale, you will be entering the gracious 1920's home of long time and beloved Newton residents. During our time working here, ReNesting learned so much about the history of Catawba County, Newton, Hickory, North Carolina and the United States. When we do house clean-outs, we refer to our work being 'Residential Archeology'. That statement rings true here at the Warlick home. You will feel as though you have walked into a musuem as you are reminded of things & places from the past right here in Catawba County surrounding areas.

During our 'archeological' efforts, we have discovered quite a few amazing finds! Framed 50th Anniversary of the White Pine, Tyrone 'Mugsy' Bogues signed basketball during his time at Wake Forest, large Newton Implement calendar from 1940's, ticket stub from the Panthers vs. Patriots Super Bowl. We will be taking offers on several of these items during the sale.

(In case you skipped the above 'Terms and Conditions', be sure to read about parking. Very important!)

We will be adding more photos over the next few days.
