Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

Two days: SAT & SUN 10AM til 2PM
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch SAT morning at 9AM (no numbers on SUN), the door opens promptly at 10AM on both days. Entry will be controlled and limited.
Many items (the bronze sculptures, celebrity statues, horses, some furniture) are oversized & very heavy so please plan ahead of time for a professional mover. We will assist with some loading, but many items are beyond our ability!
