There is a long one way dirt driveway across a pond dam that needs to be walked

Sign Up Sheet goes out 11 AM on Thursday, but on Saturday and Sunday it will go out 1 hours before opening (We only honor our official sign up sheet)
We Accept Cash, credit, and checks (with proper id)
All items sold as is where is with no guarantees or warranties.
Once an item is sold, it is sold. No returns.

Please Read: We ask that you park on the road that leads to the driveway, and walk the dirt driveway. It is too narrow for parking or for cars to pass each other. We don't want anyone driving into the pond or over the dam. Please follow these directions. Exceptions will be made for picking up large items. Trust me it is worth the walk.

TAKE NOTE WE HAVE PUSHED BACK THE OPENING TIME ON SATURDAY TO 9AM.. So Saturday we will be open 9am-2pm.

THERE WILL BE A FUTURE SALE WITH LARGER DISCOUNTS IN SEVERAL WEEKS.


We do our best to mark what has sold and what hasn't. There's always a chance something was sold that we didn't mark sold, especially with a sale of this size


Sign up sheet will be put out at 11am Thursday morning at the end of the driveway. We will head up to the house around 1:30 to line up in order.

*Guns and Swords have been taken off site, and will not be at the house until the day of the sale.*
