Oak Ridge is lovely. Big beautiful homes. Quiet streets. Immaculate yards.

Neighbors who probably know when a leaf lands incorrectly.

So naturally, we are headed to the very end of a cul-de-sac with a killer house, a

driveway that could host its own 5K, and enough good stuff inside to make

the trek feel less like cardio and more like destiny.

This house has the good kind of everything: furniture, tools, yard equipment,

housewares, electronics, appliances, décor, linens, rugs—and all those gloriously

useful things you didn’t know you needed until you spotted them sitting there, looking at you like they pay rent.

Waiting at the end of the driveway:

🏃 Workout equipment, because apparently this sale believes in a complete fitness program: browse, haul, repeat

🍳 Small appliances by Ninja, Cuisinart, Osterizer, Hamilton Beach, Black & Decker, and Crock-Pot

🧺 Major appliances by Kenmore, Maytag, and Samsung

🔫 Firearms Alert: A Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun, Rossi R22 rifle, and O.F. Mossberg & Sons .22 LR

will be available at this sale.

All firearms have been removed from the property and will not return until

the days of the sale. Safety first, always.

No early peeks, no exceptions, and absolutely no

“I was just hoping to take a quick look.” Nice try, though.

Now, about the parking.

This home is at the end of a cul-de-sac, and that driveway is not playing around.

Parking will be tight. The walk is real. Turning around may require a small

amount of faith, a three-point turn, and perhaps a support group.

The neighbors are wonderful, we’re sure. They also enjoy their driveways,

mailboxes, lawns, and general peace remaining exactly where they left them. Shocking, honestly.

Please obey all signage, park smart, keep driveways and mailboxes clear, and do not

create your own “close enough” parking spot in someone’s grass,

landscaping, or emotional support hydrangeas.

The Happy Camper golf cart may be rolling to help shuttle shoppers and treasures

up and down the driveway. Because we’re happy to help with the

haul—but your eight new power tools, area rug, Ninja blender,

and mystery box of “I’ll figure it out later” are between you and your trunk.

Come early. Wear sensible shoes. Bring patience.

And please, for the love of Oak Ridge, park like your mother is watching.
