One Day Only - Onsite Estate Sale for Wargo

We have been asked to hold an ON-SITE estate sale for Veteran Richard Wargo.  This is a ONE DAY only sale on Saturday, due to HOA.   Brick Landing Gated Community Ocean Isle.   Support a Naval Veteran & his estate.    Please come with hauling means.   Over 2000 mixed items from a clean home.  Begins Sat 8 am - 7 PM.    Please drive slow, do not park on grass & we appreciate all those who continue to be courteous & respectful as we support the family & estate buying community.  Please bring your own porters & hauling means. Buyer makes their own moving & lifting arrangements.   We accept cash, credit/ debit card ( 3% fee added ). We do not accept checks, VEMNO or any other payment apps. We only accept cash or credit card. All items must be removed SAME DAY   We do not place any item on hold.  This is a picker sale, you purchase, you please move and load. All items are priced FAIR AND TO SELL.   No returns, everything sold as is.   Please inspect each item carefully. Neither True Vine or Estate Owners are held responsible for accidents or injury while on or around the property.   One level home HOWEVER stairs going into home and porch. Enter at your own risk. Signs will be posted around the estate for buyers.  We may be available to sell items at full price before the sale date as a pre sale for removal on Saturday. True Vine DOES NOT provide transportation services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, hauling and securing, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the items, materials, equipment and/or vehicles, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. True Vine is not responsible for damage to the items being loaded or the vehicle, truck or trailer to which the item is loaded.
