1. BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 10% "Buyers Premium" added to the successful bidders high bid along with NC sales tax (6.75%). If you bid online, the "Buyers Premium" will be 13%. Aycock Auction will accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover (along with drivers license). HiBid will NOT charge your credit card. You will pay for your item(s) when you pick them up. Please note, if you are paying with a credit card you will have to have your drivers license or we will not accept it. There will also be a 3% convenience fee charged for using a credit card.
2. CONDITIONS: The information contained on the sale list and all related auction materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT OF SALE. The buyer’s complete inspection of property is encouraged. All property sells “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” if any. All announcements made by the Auctioneer at the auction will take precedence over previous printed material or any other oral statements made.
3. TERMS: All property must be paid for in full, with cash, VISA, Master Card or Discover prior to removal of items on sale day.
4. AUCTIONEER’S DISCLAIMER: All information including year models, horsepower, size, weight, capacity, count, square footage, designer, manufacturer, or other descriptions contained herein is provided without representation or warranty as to the accuracy of the same. Buyers shall rely on their own judgment and inspection. Property to be sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” with all faults if any.
5. LOAD OUT: All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. All items are the responsibility of the purchaser when pronounced sold. Items not removed on the day of the sale shall be subject to forfeiture, unless other plans have been made with the auctioneer. Buyers and their agents will dismantle, load, and remove all property at their own risk and expense. Neither the seller nor Aycock Auction is responsible for accidents, injury, fire, damage, or theft. Please make sure to bring help to load large items.
6. All persons attending this auction or otherwise on the premises before, during and/or after the auction, do so at their own risk. Neither the sellers, Property Owners nor Aycock Auction is responsible for Accidents.
7. Absentee Bids may be registered with Aycock Auction staff. Aycock Auction staff cannot guarantee absentee bid placement. Payment for items purchased via absentee bids must be paid for in full prior to removal from sale site.
