Payment: We accept all major credit cards (4% charge fee does apply) & CASH.
Sales tax does apply to all purchases!!!!
Load Outs: Bring help for large items, WE DO NOT load furniture. All items
purchased must be picked up prior to the close of the sale. We are not responsible
for items left unattended while being held or after purchase.
Previews & Pre-Sales: For the benefit of all our customers, we do not allow
previews of the home or pre-sales of the items before the estate sale begins. In rare
circumstances the client, their family, or a legal representative withdraws
advertised items before the sale opens and this is beyond our control. Whenever
possible we update the pictures and description to reflect the withdrawal.
Price Information: Due to the volume of requests we are unable to provide
information about pricing before the sale opens.
Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of estate sales many of the items we sell
are previously owned. We are unable to offer refunds or returns. We encourage
you to look over your items in detail before purchasing at the register.
Additional Information: NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS AVAILABLE. Please be
respectful of others. We, nor the homeowners, are
responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage. All children are to remain
directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times. Children are NOT
allowed to play with or handle items before they have been purchased. Parents are
responsible for purchasing any items broken by their children.
