Large and hard to carry items will have a perforated two part tag attached to the piece. Tear off the bottom tag and give to a Fresh Start Associate. We will marked your item sold with your name and address to secure your purchase. You will be given a receipt when paid and need to give to a Fresh Start team member before removing the item.

We accept cash and credit cards. No checks please.

Please come prepared to move and transport larger items. We do have delivery services available if needed.

We will be happy to help you take smaller items to your car, however understand if we are busy with other customers at the time, you may be asked to wait.

Our goal is to provide you a fun and successful shopping experience, and look after the best interest of our client as well.

We help many of our clients who are not able to have a sale in their home by selling online and/or in our shop located in historic Pineville. We have had a very busy summer and our shop is jam packed. We have three storage units full that we need to make room for in our Pineville location.
