Our client is moving from a planned community to a retirement community with additional services.  Unfortunately, HOA restrictions about parking will not allow us to do a traditional sale with unlimited access.  Entrance is by appointment only as explained below.  Fortunately, the selection is pretty incredible and well worth the effort.
