There are no pre-sales or price quotes before the sale begins.
There will be a sign up sheet posted one hour before the beginning of each sale day for customers to enter the sale in the order they are listed on the sign up sheet. Customers will enter in increments to allow for ease of movement in the home and protection of property.
Please do not use your own “sold” stickers. We won’t consider an item sold if you use any sticker other than what we provide.
Please do not “hoard” items and then decide later that you do not want to purchase them.
Cash, debit and credit cards are welcome, there is a 3% card processing fee for all card transactions.
We will do our best to have enough bags and newspaper available for your purchases, but please bring your own packing materials in the event we run out of supplies.
All sales are final, there are no refunds.
Please bring help for any large purchases as we will not be available to assist you. All items must be removed by the time that we agree upon.
Discounts are not given until the last day of the sale, and may only be available only during certain hours on the last day of the sale, please feel free to ask for specifics as they are determined differently for each sale.
Although we take every precaution, there are instances when the homeowner has taken certain items out of the sale, even though those items were advertised. If this happens and we are aware of it before the sale, we will remove those items from the advertised sale listing. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, this is not always possible.
