Terms and Conditions: First come, first served. The first person to arrive with the intention of staying until the sale opens starts the list, and is #1. The second person to arrive with the intention of staying puts his/her name on "the list", and is #2, and so on. You don't have to stand on the sidewalk - you can sit in your car - just stay in the area. If you put your name on the list and leave, you will lose your spot. Line up according to the list at ten minutes till start time.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. No previews or early sales. We keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers, and even have someone to help you pack. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

Tag sale shoppers, this is a "don't miss" sale FULL of interesting and high quality items, featuring the combined libraries of an art historian and history professor.   Our client's eclectic interests are reflected in the great variety of things in the sale.  

A sampling:

  • many, many excellent art reference books
  • many excellent cookbooks ($5/each for hardcover on day one)
  • many hard-to-find history books
  • books on handicrafts
  • some furniture, including a beautiful Maitland-Smith sideboard, dining table and chairs, secretary bookcase, bamboo stand, cannonball bed, bedside tables, library ladder, Scandinavian desk, etc.
  • kitchen brimming with good items, including vintage Le Creuset cookware, All-Clad, Vietri, Quimper, vintage Dansk, Cuisinart, a KitchenAid Mixer, French hammered copper, etc.
  • antique jewelry and small amount of sterling silver
  • lots and lots of exquisite china and glass (Mason's "Manchu" set, Mintons, Blue Danube, & more). SO MUCH CHINA.  
  • Baccarat crystal decanters (pair), signed
  • fine antique glass cake stands

  • garage treasures (work bench, gardening supplies, tools, and more)

We are still setting up mid-week and will add photos as able, but you should assume there are WAY MORE THINGS THAN PICTURED!  This will be a fun sale.
