Terms and Conditions: We follow the usual time-tested Chapel Hill tag sale day one earlybird line-up method where the first shopper to arrive AND STAY starts the list. That person is #1. Subsequent arrivals who are going to stay and wait, add your name to the list. You can go sit in your car, but don't leave or you will lose your place. Your friends can put their names on the list when they show up in person. We will distribute numbers according to the list at 7 a.m. Once you have a number, you can go get coffee, bathroom break, etc., then return and line up according to number at ten minutes till eight.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. We keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

Please join Gay Gasper Estate Sales for a lovely sale in Fearrington Village on Saturday, February 2 and Sunday, February 3.
On offer will be a nice assortment of furniture, porcelain and glass, a lovely collection of fine textiles (Asian and other), and much more. The owner had a long career in foreign service, and was an avid quilter.
Notable items:
- Fine antique Chinese textiles (keep checking photos all week - we will be unpacking and arranging the collection). Some are articles of clothing, some framed for display.
- Hard to find reference books on Asian textiles
- Impressive "Moon Gate" wall shelving arrangement with fine dragon details. The pieces are made to be viewed from either side, thus making it possible to use this piece as a room divider.
- MANY beautiful hand tied carpets from China, Pakistan, and Afghanistan
- Carved wood Chinese furniture and accessories
- Collection of beautiful limited edition Chinese glass paperweights by Liu Li Gong Fang, signed and numbered.
- Quilting patterns and supplies
- Approximately 15 pieces of St. John Collection clothing, most size 14, freshly dry cleaned
