Terms and Conditions: We follow the usual time-tested Chapel Hill early bird tag sale line-up method where the first shopper to arrive AND STAY starts the list. That person is #1. Subsequent arrivals who are going to stay and wait, add your name to the list. You can go sit in your car, but don't leave or you will lose your place. Your friends can put their names on the list when they show up in person. We will hand out early bird numbers according to that list at 7 a.m. Once you have your number, you can go get coffee, etc., returning in time to line up according to number at ten minutes till 8 a.m..
Since this is a one-day sale, we'll be regular price until 1:15 p.m. We'll shut the doors from 1:15 to 1:30, then reopen at 1:30 for "half price".
We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. We keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

Our clients have moved, leaving behind lots of treasures and fun finds.
This will be a one-day sale. We'll hand out early bird numbers at 7 a.m., line up at 7:50, start shopping at 8 a.m. We'll be regular price until 1:15; at that time, we shut the doors for 15 minutes, then re-open at 1/2 price.
The sale is on Westbury Close - please park on Weathersfield unless you are picking up furniture or dropping off a passenger who shouldn't or can't walk too far. It's ok to drop off, but not to park in the "close".
Look for photos to be added all week as we sort and stage.
