Thank you, thank you, thank you! We had an amazing sale Thanksgiving weekend in this cottage, and we're having an amazing sale again this weekend — and with ONE DAY LEFT (... as any of you who came to either sale can easily imagine...) WE STILL HAVE A PACKED FULL HOUSE! (... we think the stuff is multiplying in the night while we all sleep ...!) So come back just one more day and bring a van, a friend and a lot of boxes so you can load up on bargains!

We still have:   dozens of BOOKS, shelves of COLLECTIBLES, fine FURNITURE, GARDENING, HOUSEHOLD, HIGHEND ACCESSORIES and FASHION (Ferragamos, Brooks Brothers, Jaguar, Pulitzer, Lauren, Abercrombie etc.) and over 20 FURS (coats, hats, wraps, stoles, collars etc.)


Sale opens at noon, no numbers on Sundays, restrooms at Village Center between Cafe and Bookshop (none at cottage), ATM there too, please be considerate of the neighbors, no overnight parking, no noise etc., thank you!
 

Cash or check only (with driver's licenses/phone #); all items "as is where is" and purchases must be removed by 4 pm Sunday on your own or delivery can be arranged for min. $75 per hour fee; you are responsible for packing your purchases in your materials, please come prepared; and due to intense work load to manage this sale, no inquires (neither phone calls or emails) will receive response; all sales final; this will be the final sale for this estate and the cottage will be emptied by Monday 5 pm, so please don’t miss this last day of the sale!
