We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the house
Loading assistance available----no delivery.
All items must be picked up by the last day of the sale.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any advertisements written or oral.
No food or drinks allowed inside the premises
No Public Restrooms
No pets please.
Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Sale attendee assumes all risks occurring before, during and after the sale, including injury by any cause, and releases the property owner, Past Perfect Estate Services and their representatives and agents from any and all claims.

We will be observing precautions due to the COVID outbreak. Please note the following:
Please do not attend if you are feeling sick or have recently been exposed to COVID-19 or someone who has.
If you are in a vulnerable category or if you feel uncomfortable attending, we will be accepting purchases by phone.
We will be exercising social distancing.
Access to the property will be limited to numbers required under state guidelines
We strongly encourage the use of masks
Due to reduced staff, we will not offer loading assistance
Hand sanitizer will be available
All check out equipment will be sanitized after each customer
For sanitary purposes, there will be no public restrooms available. Please do not ask.
