4. Sign-up sheet will be placed outside one hour prior to sale to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents for tomorrow. Estate tag sale in Pleasant Garden, N.C. to be conducted on Friday May 19th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday May 20th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Address is 2101 Jared's Pond Rd. Pleasant Garden, N.C. 27313. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside of garage door one hour prior to sale start time each day. Entrance and exit will be through garage door. Sale will feature, antiques, furniture, lots of old and vintage toys and games, cameras, radios, old pulp magazines, Christmas and holiday items, electronics, video game systems, china, glassware, collectibles, household, tools, some books, some comics (Superman #29), fishing equipment, 2+1/2 dollar gold piece, silver coins, and more.
