Terms of Tag Sale:

1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Discounts are as follows for Saturday. 10% off on pistols, 20% off on remaining swords and long guns, no discounts on silver, 50% off of remaining contents with the exceptions noted! We try our best to mark off what has been sold but we cannot be 100% accurate. Estate tag sale in Pleasant Garden, N.C. to be conducted on Friday March 27th, 2026, from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday March 28th, 2026, from 9:00am-2:00pm. Estate of George H. Ellis (deceased) and Joyce A. Ellis (living). Address is 647 Hodgin Valley Rd. Pleasant Garden, N.C. 27313. Property is alarmed. A sign-up sheet will be posted outside of garage door one hour prior to sale start time on each day. Sale will feature antiques, collectibles, lead soldiers, military toys, dolls, guns (Winchester Buffalo Bill Commemorative, Stoeger American Luger in Case, Cased Harrington & Richardson 100th Anniversary Heckler & Koch HK4 9mm with 22 LR Conversion), swords, knives, pocket watches, some sterling, Delft, household, appliances, some outdoor items, kitchenware, china, glassware, linens and more.
