This one bedroom condo is located at Governor's Square in Downtown Raleigh right near Krispy Kreme Donuts! Unfortunately, Governor's Square does not have elevators and there are two flights of stairs to gain access to Ronnie's collection. We will have workers on the bottom floor to open the door and assist in moving items down for your convenience. Please be patient and courteous to others while shopping and have FUN!! This condo is very small and is brimming full with wonderful collections. Please understand, we will only be able to let 10 or 12 people in at a time. There will be a sign in list for entry. Ronnie was once crowned, The "King of Oakwood" and played an important role in the fight to preserve all the historical homes and buildings in Historic Oakwood during the 1970's and 1980's.
