Please bring help if you plan to purchase and move heavy or large items. There will be limited assistance available on site, so please come prepared to handle your own purchases.

This is an older home, so please watch your step and move slowly and carefully throughout the house. Estate sales can involve tight spaces, narrow walkways, stairs, and crowded rooms.

For your safety and the safety of others:

Please watch where you are walking.
Take your time and do not rush.
Be careful around furniture and other items.
If you have difficulty walking or moving safely through tight spaces, please allow someone else to look around for you.
Please supervise children and keep them with you.
If you are purchasing a large or heavy item, please bring someone to help move it.
