There will be a sign up sheet at back of house at 7am.
Access to back of the house from the street is on the right side of house on the grass between the house and the stone wall OR alternatively down the alley behind the house.
Not responsible for any accidents on the property. Watch your step on stone stairs. There is not a handrail.
No easy access for people with physical impairments.
You CANNOT drive down to house through alley EXCEPT to pick up furniture. There is NO PARKING in the alley. Don’t even try.
Parking on nearby side streets is recommended.
Please mind your children. We love animals but there really will not be any room for them.
We cannot guarantee we can help you load furniture but we will do our best. Loading after sale hours would be preferred for the few larger pieces.
Large items have a two-part tag. Once you are certain you want to purchase a large item, please tear the bottom half of tag off and bring to check-out. If you make a mistake and pull a tag, please give it to one of our helpers to re-attach so the item is still available.
Smaller items can be carried to the check-out. We will have a "sold" table in the check-out area where you can leave items you are going to purchase while you continue shopping.
A limited amount of boxes and paper will be available for wrapping.
