~This sale has been changed to an appointment only sale. This house is scheduled for Demo and we are selling the architectural salvage, fixtures, appliances, ect. from this home.
~ John is currently scheduling appointments starting on Wednesday Dec. 10th., big deconstruction appointments will be made for Fri. Dec. 12th.
~ If you would like an appointment please email or call John at 919-448-4822 we will let you know what is available.
~If you do not have an appointment you will not be allowed on site, please do not just show up and expect to be let in .
~You are responsible for removing all salvage, no onsite assistance will be provided.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~No children will be allowed on premises during this sale.

We are very excited about this architectural salvage sale. This 100 year old home is scheduled for demo and we have been instructed to sell ANY and everything that we can. We will have items like interior doors, molding, appliances, kitchen cabinets, sinks, water heaters, HVAC unit ext. to sell. You are responsible for removal of items and any expenses involved.
