7. Please be respectful of neighbors; DO NOT block driveways
8. Please bring help for loading and moving heavy objects
9. All items must be removed by close of sale, unless prior arrangements made
10. Please bring boxes and packing materials for purchases
11. Sign-up sheet will be available one hour prior to opening
12. All items are sold AS IS

15. If anyone is caught stealing, the police WILL be called
