BIDDING and REGISTRATION
To register to bid, please visit our website's Auction Page at www.magnoliaestatesales.net. The auction link will take you to LiveAuctioneers.com, the hosting platform for this sale. Register and start bidding!
PAYMENTS
-Buyers Premium: Buyers will be charged an 18% buyer's premium.
-We accept all major credit cards. You must have a credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers.
-Payment is made through Live Auctioneers with the credit card on file at the time of registration.
-Payment must be made before scheduled pick-up.
-There is a 3% credit card fee and a $0.25 transaction fee on all credit card transactions. These fees are not greater than our cost of credit card processing.
-Winning bidders will receive an invoice within 24-48 hours from the close of the auction.
-The invoice is due upon receipt; if payment has not been made within 72 hours of invoice receipt,
we will charge the credit card on file for the total amount listed on the invoice.
-Sales tax will be charged to residents of North Carolina and certain other states as required by law.
-Buyers whose purchases are exempt from sale tax must present a valid and current sale tax resale certificate
or other exemption approval at the time of registration. Tax-exempt bidders can easily upload their resale
certificates directly to their LiveAuctioneers accounts. See Account Settings of your account for additional details.
-PICK-UP DATE & TIME: THURSDAY, APRIL 28TH, 9 AM - 5 PM. All items to be picked up must be scheduled online through Signup Genius.
-Invoices to winning bidders will contain complete instructions.
PICK-UP ADDRESS: Raleigh, NC 27608. The FULL ADDRESS for winning bidders will be disclosed when you sign up for a pick-up time via the Sign-Up Genius.
-If you arrive before your appointment, you will be asked to return at your specified time.
-Lots not picked up on April 28th by 5 pm will be considered abandoned and disposed of as we see fit.
-The Buyer is responsible for packing and loading all purchased lots. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVING OR LIFTING HELP.
SHIPPING
-Shipping is available at Buyers' expense on Jewelry only.
-There is a $6.00 handling charge per package shipped.
-We do not ship furniture and other large objects or very delicate lots. These lots will need to be picked up.
CONDITION
-Magnolia Estate Sales and Auctions has endeavored to accurately describe each item.
-All lots are sold as-is and where-is with no warranty intended or implied and all sales are final - no refunds or returns.
-Condition Statements, where provided, are for information only and do not purport to provide an accurate representation of the lot. The lack of a Condition Statement for a lot does not mean the lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear or imperfections. It is solely the Buyer's responsibility to read all descriptions, examine all photos, and ask questions as necessary to accurately assess the condition of each item prior to purchasing it.
-Item sizes and weights: We make our best effort to provide relevant and accurate dimensions on selected lots. Measurements may appear in some item images.
-Silver: When weighing sterling silver flatware sets, knives are not included in the weight as the blades are stainless.
-Jewelry: Metal weight given for jewelry includes stones, etc. unless stated otherwise.
-Clocks and watches: There is no warranty that any clock or watch is in working order. Virtually all clocks and watches have been repaired in the course of their lifetime and may include parts not original to them. As with all lots in the sale, there is no guarantee of any kind.
