MK Estate Sales & Services is having an on-site sale. All items are sold as is where is with no implied warranty or guarantee. All sales are final. Our sales accept cash, credit cards and Venmo w an additional 3%. Sold items must be picked up before the end of the sale, or pick up arrangements must be made before the end of the sale. The buyer is responsible for moving all items and no help will be provided. A sign up sheet will posted by the front door by 9 pm the night before the sale. This list is for folks who want to be among the first inside when we open. You don’t have to sign in to enter.
