PIANO: Great Baldwin vertical piano. The owner is a piano teacher and this piano has been kept tuned and is in perfect condition.

FURNITURE: Full of immaculate 1960’s – 1970’s furniture and accessories including servers, sideboards, dining table and chairs, a tea cart, a French Provincial bedroom suite, coffee table, end tables, an oak washstand, an early oak table, early walnut NC ladderback chair, bunk beds, sets of chairs, patio set, early trunk, walnut Victorian chair, mahogany card table.

GEEKLECTIBLES: Owner was a career IBM employee and has an attic and office full of early geek collectibles including many vacuum tubes, diodes, transistors, circuit boards, slide rules, tools, IBM manuals; several large box lots of electrical parts and gadgets. Also, 1949 Philco TV, etc. Sorry, I do not have time to take calls about the tubes. They are being offered untested and cheap.

I have just added a few notable items from other Raleigh estates to this week's sale, all are rare and important.



1) An historically important image of  North Carolina Confederate colonel in uniform.  This is straight from the family and has never been offered before. The colonel had  an impressive  military service and postwar career.    The name and provenance will be available to interested buyers.



2) An unusual Rolex "padlock bracelet" from the late 1950's. 18k



3) A Patek Philipe 18k pocketwatch.



4) A large and impressive cabochon ruby set in 14k gold.



5) A great carved rosewood Gothic Revival child's chair, c. 1850.



6) A French enameled 18k watch case





Also, many more boxes of crystal, decanters, porcelain and a great World War 2 scrapbook with great enclosures and letters.
