TERMS OF SALE: We accept cash, good checks and credit cards (debit, M/C, Visa) with photo ID. Out-of-state checks must be approved in advance of purchases. All items must be paid for on the day of sale. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written materials. All items are sold "as is, where is." All Sales are Final. Items must be removed no later than 4 pm on Sunday, August 5. Please respect the neighbors and do not block driveways.
ENTRANCE NUMBERS: A sign-up sheet will be placed on the front door of the house at 4 pm on Friday, August 3rd. Entrance numbers will be given out at 7:30 am on Saturday.

Box Lot = you buy the WHOLE box
and take it with you. Please do not pick individual items out of a box lot or move
items between different boxes. All box lots will be 1/2 price on Sunday.
This sale is in a lovely home near the Wake Forest Road and Six Forks Road area of Raleigh. The sale is for the heirs of Alton L. (deceased) and Willowdean J. Strickland (living).
