Dates and Times:
The estate sale will take place on the following dates with progressive discounts:

Friday 9/22/23 8am-1pm (No discount)
Saturday 9/23/23 8am-1pm (25% discount)
Sunday 9/24/23 11am -2pm (50% discount)
All sales are final. No early access will be granted.

Payment:
We accept cash, credit cards, and certified checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

All items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise specified.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Condition of Items:

All items are sold "as is" and "where is" without warranty or guarantee.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before making a purchase.

Secondwind Estate Liquidation is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the sale.

Sales Tax:

Applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price, unless the buyer provides a valid tax exemption certificate.

Removal of Items:

Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of purchased items.
Large or heavy items may require professional movers, which buyers are responsible for arranging.

All items must be removed from the premises by Tuesday, August 8th at 3pm.

Secondwind Estate Liquidation and its employees are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the removal process.

No Returns or Exchanges:

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.

Conduct:
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and individuals may be asked to leave the premises.

Secondwind Estate Liquidation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Liability:
Secondwind Estate Liquidation and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the premises.

Security Measures:
Security measures, such as video surveillance, may be in place during the sale.

Modifications and Announcements:
Secondwind Estate Liquidation and its employees reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Any additional announcements made during the sale supersede the written terms and conditions.
