In order to bring you a great sale experience we require the following:
-All sales final. No returns or refunds
-Please inspect all items before you purchase.
-Please do not pull a tag if you do not wish to purchase the item. Should you do so by mistake, please alert one of our staff so the item may be made available for sale again. Tearing or pulling the tag does indicate your intent to purchase the item!
-All items must be removed by close of sale on Sunday unless prior arrangement has been made with our staff. We will have people on hand to assist with the movement of larger items out of the house, however they are not allowed to load, pack or tie down items to your vehicles.
-Well behaved children are welcome, however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times! We reserve the right to ask unattended or misbehaved children and their accompanying adult to leave the sale at our discretion.
-Please do not bring pets to the sale.
-No food or drinks allowed in the house please.
-Anyone found purposefully breaking or removing an items without paying will be prosecuted to the fullest extend allowed by law.
-Payments Accepted: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. ($25.00 minimum on credit cards) Proper ID required when using check or credit card.
