Wow! This Estate Sale Is Really BIG!

Seriously, we can't fit it all into one event!  This estate is a hoarding situation that has way too much stuff to fit into one house.  For the first time ever, Grannies will have a two-part estate sale!  The two floors of this house are brimming with tons of stuff that's perfect for Christmas gifts.  The homeowner purchased toys, clothes, and all kinds of household goods in quantity and NEVER opened the packages. That's right-new in the original packaging!  Lots of these items are vintage from decades ago!  Time to get your retro vibe on! There's so much stuff, we have to split the sale into two events as follows:

PHASE I

  • Friday, November 27th  1:00-4:00pm
  • Saturday, November 28th  9:00am-3:00pm

Categories of items featured to include but not limited to: 

  • Christmas and holiday 
  • Vintage clothes and hats - absolutely the most we have ever had!
  • Toys - many new in original packaging
  • Kitchenware - many new in original packaging
  • Small appliances
  • Furniture and decor 
  • Lamps and light fixtures, including the chandeliers!

After we close on Saturday, we will spend a couple of days restocking with new merchandise for Phase II.  Seriously, we have plenty of stuff to fill the the house again!  

PHASE II

  • Dates to be announced, but it will be in the very near future!

We will send out another posting to announce the dates.  Phase II will include categories and merchandise not included in the first sale.  We will include new pictures and lots of details in the new posting.  

Let's talk about safety!  Masks will be mandatory.  No mask-no entry.  No exceptions.  If you are sick or have been around someone who is sick, please stay home. Please social distance as much as possible.  This is a large house so we can spread out.  We will have the windows open during the sale for ventilation, so plan to wear a sweater or jacket in case it gets chilly.  

Always be considerate to the neighbors.  Do not block driveways or roads.  

We will not pre-sell or advertise prices prior to the sale.
