ESTATE TAG SALE
May 4
8am to 4pmMay 5
9am to 4pmTerms & Conditions
Otherwise:
1. All kids are welcome but please leave your dogs elsewhere.
2. Try not to break stuff but no one can make you pay for a broken item anyway so I don't even bother trying. I probably should have sat it somewhere else anyway.
3. Unless clearly stated otherwise, my staff WILL help you load your big or heavy items but you may have to come back when the rush is over. We cannot assume responsibility for any damage to the item or vehicle if we help you load. We usually have ample boxes and clean wrapping paper.
4. You know not to steal but lots of people don't seem to think that moving items from one box lot to another is theft. It is. I probably won't prosecute you but I will likely yell at you in front of people.
5. I never sell anything before the start of the sale so no need to even ask.
6. There will be no discounts at all on Saturday.
Description & Details
FANTASTIC ESTATE TAG SALE
Saturday, May 4: 8 AM to 4 PM
Sunday, May 5: 9 AM – Until empty
I cannot describe how good this sale is. It is certainly one of the most interesting I have conducted in the last 30 years. There is a good mixture of Mid-Century furnishings, antiques and collectibles. The owners kept everything and the heirs wanted nothing so, except for two pieces of furniture, this estate is intact with forty years of collecting and accumulation.
The house is sold and must be emptied so everything is priced to sell. There will be no unsold pieces left Sunday at 5 PM so be sure to come back for great bargains.
