Estate Tag Sale - Hidden Valley Area

Raleigh Auction & Estate Sales is pleased to assist this long-time Raleigh family with their downsizing project.  There are some great mid-century modern pieces in the house, including a pair of chairs thought to be Cy Mann.  Chairs are unsigned, with the Milo Baughman/Thayer Coggin look.  Six Milo Baughman dining chairs.  Poul Hundevad serving cart.  This is a most interesting house, with lots of mid-century accessories.

The "official" sign-up sheet will be available early on the morning of August 2.  Feel free to leave once you have signed up.  To make entry easier, please be back about 15 minutes before start of sale.  We will be using the garage door for both entry and exit, as the front walk is a little broken up.  And, we will use the driveway for pick-up only.  Help will be available to assist with loading your purchases.

This house is listed on the Triangle Modernist Houses web site.  The architect is local, Brian Shawcroft, and the house was built by Cameron Construction.  The house will be going on the market after the estate sale, and their will be purchase information available at the sale.
