2 day Tag Sale in Raleigh, everything must go!

First come first served no exceptions. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed into the tag sale for any reason. We reserve the right to limit the number of people allowed into the sale area. We also reserve the right to not allow someone in to the sale if we deem appropriate. There will be no food, drinks or smoking allowed. All items are sold as is, where is. There are no implied or expressed warranties of any kind. There will be no refunds. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm the day of the sale on Sat., or 4:00 pm sale day Sunday. Written bids will be taken on all items priced over $50.00, however, we have the right to refuse bids that are unreasonably low. The bid must be at least 25% of the tag price. If you make a bid on an item and that item does not sale for the tag/asking price and you are the high bid, you have made a contract to purchase that item for your winning bid amount.
