Why do we ask you to RSVP?

1.) We want to make sure we're adequately staffed.

2.) We want to make sure you have a great shopping experience! When we only have a few families at a time in a home you can actually SEE everything!  You're not rushed and if you're after a certain item we can hold it for you until you arrive! No need to wake up hours early and wait in line and hope you get what you're after!

3.) This allows us to protect the home and the contents better. We are able to help you move *normal sized* furniture carefully to protect the home that's about to be sold or close. And we're able to keep a better eye so that items aren't growing legs and walking out the door.
