Please join the crew of the Original Grandma’s Estate Services for our last sale of 2025 taking place on Saturday, December 20th, 9am - 1pm and Sunday, December 21st, 10am - 2pm.

We will be selling the contents (unless noted otherwise) of a three-story house with a basement, a two-car garage and a large barn.

Formerly this property was a rental vacation home which had the capability of sleeping 21 people. The furnishings include sofas, chairs, one king size bed, three twin beds, many queen size beds, dressers, ottomans (some with storage) and a few sets of tables with chairs, various styles of display shelves, side tables, a vintage sideboard and large painted cedar chest.

There are paintings, framed pictures, wood and metal wall decor pieces, clocks, mirrors faux flower arrangements and lamps.

Linens and a large assortment of pillows.

The barn contains a pool table, a foosball table, an arcade basketball game, a ping pong table, Turbo air hockey table.  There is also a vast selection of board games for sale.  

The kitchen is complete with dishes, pot and pans, utensils and glassware. 

Outside grill and some patio furniture.

The garage...what can I say?!

Although we have posted some pictures, there is so much more to see for purchase.  Hope to see all our friends, old and new, before the new year kicks in!
