-There are no pre-sales and we do not give out prices prior to the sale
-We do not reduce prices the first day of the sale. Prices may be reduced on the last day of the sale
-Debit/Credit card purchases carry a 2.75% fee, we also accept cash and checks for less than $200 with ID
-All items are sold 'As Is' and are non refundable
-Please bring your own help to load large items
-Please load large items at the end of each sale day. Moving large items during the sale is disruptive to the sale and creates unsafe conditions for the other customers. If these rules are broken you will be asked to leave and you will not be allowed back to our sales, sorry!
-Food or drinks are not allowed inside of the sale
