-We accept credit cards (2.75% surcharge applies) cash and checks for less than $300 with ID.
-All items are sold 'As Is' - no refunds, exchanges or returns.
-Please bring your own help to load large items.
-At this special Mansion sale, Magnolia Staff cannot help move items during the sale. if you need professional help moving large items, the help will only be available after the end of each sale day, for a fee. To arrange for after-sale professional moving services, see Chris. During the sale, he will be at or around the car portal in the middle of the Mansion complex.
-We are not responsible for any damage due to items being moved. Magnolia reserves the right to stop unsafe moving activities.
-Large items can only be loaded at the end of each sale day. Moving large items during the sale is disruptive to the sale and creates unsafe conditions.
-Food or drinks are not allowed inside the sale.
