• This will be the first a three estate sales
This weekends sale will be a two-day sale with most items being 50% off on Sunday.
• Sign up sheet for entrance will go out at the front door about an hour prior to start time. Please take a number for each person in your party
• We will not honor entrance list that are not our own
• You must be present when your name is called for entrance.
• All items are to be removed by the closing of the last sale day.
• Please make arrangements to bring or hire help to carry heavy items.
• Cash & credit cards only. 3% Charge to use CC. No Checks
• Not responsible for on-site accidents.
• Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
• We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.
