*Payment: Cash and VISA and MasterCard with proper ID.
*Children are welcome with adult supervision but please leave animals elsewhere.
*Please bring help to load large items. Our staff will not be able to help you. Driveway entrance for pick up is a steep incline. We are not responsible for accidents. All items sold "as is". If we know it works we will tell you and if we know it does not work we will tell you that as well. All items must be removed from the property by 3 pm on the 2nd day. We will have boxes and wrapping paper available as long as they last.
*Our official sign up sheet with numbers will be available 1 hour prior to sale each day. Only our numbers will be honored. Buyers will be admitted in small groups initially. No items are considered SOLD until they have been paid for. Our SOLD tags are the only ones that will be honored.
*Items over $50 will not be discounted on Saturday. Discounts will be offered on Sunday. We will be glad to entertain reasonable offers on smaller items.
*Nothing will be sold before the sale SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK!
