Terms

There will be a sign-up sheet at the bottom of driveway on Friday, March 16, at 12:00 noon.
Entry is through the front door.
Do not park in driveway - will be used for loading only.
There is plenty of street parking available.
Please be respectful of neighbor's property and don't block driveways.
Please mind your children.
We love animals, please leave them outside (water will be available).
We are happy to help you load furniture, please be patient while we try to get to everyone.
Large items have a two-part tag. Once you are certain you want to purchase a large item, please tear the bottom half of tag off and bring to check-out. If you make a mistake and pull a tag, please give to one of our helpers to re-attach so the item is still available.
Smaller items can be carried to the check-out. We will have a "sold" table in the check-out area where you can leave items you are going to purchase while you continue shopping. Boxes and paper will be available for wrapping.
Questions in advance of the sale, feel free to call or email Raleigh Auction. However, in fairness to all, we don't disclose prices prior to sale.
Accepted payment is cash, check, or credit card. All items sold as-is, where-is, no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
