All items sold as-is, where-is. Please use the preview days to examine items before bidding. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
There is a 13% buyer's premium for purchases made with credit or debit cards, and 10% for cash or check purchases. Please keep this in mind when bidding (e.g., if you bid $100, your bill will be $110 or $113, depending on form of payment). If you are tax exempt, you must fill out form prior to settlement.

Just a quick note for those of you who were unable to attend our last auction. We will be closing the auction gallery the end of August. We have several sales planned prior to this date, with some lovely furnishings and collectibles. Please mark your calendars to attend.
The Saturday, June 16 auction will include mostly modern furnishings, along with some very nice decor, including Asian baskets and accent pieces, large wicker bird cages, marble-top bombe chest, a mid-century bookcase headboard and matching dresser/mirror (looks like Heywood Wakefield), several upholstered chairs with down cushions, lots of pine and light wood accent tables and small chests. RUGS!
Selling another large selection from our NC coastal home client who is downsizing, as well as a living Raleigh estate. Names withheld by family request.
Preview for the auction is Friday, June 15, 12:00 to 5:00, and Saturday, 12:00 to 4:00 pm. Stop by for the opportunity to look things over carefully, pick out a seat and get your bidder number early.
Absentee and telephone bidding is available for this auction. Please remember, all items are sold as-is, where-is, with no returns or refunds. There is a 13% buyers premium for credit card purchases, 10% for cash or check. And, announcements made day of sale, take precedence over all other available information. We will be open Sunday, June 17, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, (note different time for this day only) for pick-up of items you cannot carry with you the day of the sale.
