-Street parking only.
-Do not block neighboring driveways or park on neighboring yards.
-Driveway for pick-ups only.

1) CASH ONLY. NO ONLINE PAYMENTS AVAILABLE.
2) Sign up sheet will be posted one hour prior to the sale on Friday and Saturday.
3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will be available on the second day.
4) Entry to the sale will be through the front door. Checkout is located in the garage.
5) No holds other than while shopping. Hold areas are designated in the garage near checkout.
6) Large items that are not ideal to carry around have been perforated tagged. Please bring the bottom half to checkout. Sold stickers will also be available.
7) Please bring help to load your large/heavy items. Pick-up for large items after the close of the sale each day is preferred or the following week. Last day for pickup's will be Wednesday, April 28th.
8) We are not responsible for accidents including vehicles.
9) NO EARLY SALES OR PREVIEWS. Messages requesting such will not be replied to.

Please join us for a wonderful North Raleigh sale. We have a little something for everyone. We even have boxes and wrap (until gone) to help you protect your treasures. These items are available in the garage. If you have any questions, our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

*Please note that the Arbuckles Roasted Coffee crate is no longer available. The family has decided to remove it from the sale.
