*Numbers for controlled entry will be available one hour before doors open. One number per person, not per couple or group.
*Children under 12 are not allowed inside the sale.
*Please respect our neighbors when parking. Please do not block driveways or park on their grass.
*We do not reduce prices on the first day of the sale. Prices MAY be reduced on the last day of the sale.
*We do not pre-sale or share prices early.
*For this sale, we will charge7.25% sales tax (Wake County) on all estate sale purchases.
*WE ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS with a 2.45% surcharge and checks for less than $300 with ID.
*All items sold 'As Is' - No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
*Please bring your own help to load large items at the end of the day.
*Large items are to be loaded at the end of each sale day. Moving large items during the sale disrupts the sale and creates unsafe conditions.
