Raleigh North Ridge Estate Sale

We welcome you to join us for the sale of some very nice estate items!

- There will be a sign-up sheet on the front porch on Friday at 12:00 noon, on Saturday at 7:00 am, and on Sunday at 10:00 am. We will let about 20-25 people in at once. Entry is through the front door. Checkout is on the sun porch.
- We will use the driveway for loading, so please don't block or park driveway.
- There is plenty of street parking available as the house is on a corner. Please be respectful of neighbor's property and don't block driveways.
- Please mind your children. We love animals but please leave them outside of the house (water will be available).
- We are happy to help you load furniture, please be patient while we try to get to everyone.
- Large items have a two-part tag. Once you are certain you want to purchase a large item, tear off the bottom half of the tag and bring to check-out. If you make a mistake and pull a tag, please give to one of our helpers to re-attach so the item is still available.
- Smaller items can be carried to the check-out. We will have a "sold" table in the check-out area where you can leave items you are going to purchase while you continue shopping. Boxes and paper will be available for wrapping.
- Questions in advance of the sale, feel free to call or email Raleigh Auction. However, in fairness to all, we don't disclose prices prior to sale.
- Accepted payment is cash, check, or credit card. All items sold as-is, where-is, no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
