I usually have a sign up sheet 1 hr prior to sale starting on each day.
First day most things not discounted, but can make offers. Last day of sale most things 1/2 off unless owners have exceptions!!

This house is loaded with wonderful collectibles, pottery, kitchen items, pool table, furniture, linens, tons of Christmas items, old trunks, deacon bench, clothes, crystal and china, tractor and 4 to 5 out buildings that are loaded with tools and a man's paradise 😀 tons of workable items, tractor, old golf cart items on side of woods. Mother was an antique dealer, so some items still priced reasonably in her writing. You don't want to miss this sale. 3 day, 1/2 off on Sunday. Excluding tractor and pool table
