* Applicable sales tax will be charged unless you have a tax exempt certificate on file with our office
* Buyer's premium of 18% will be charged
* We accept major credit/debit cards, and cash. No checks accepted.
* Items left more than 14 days from pick-up date will be considered abandoned and disposed of at auctioneer's discretion, with no refund or credit. Please call to make arrangements if you need an extended pickup date.
* The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. The auctioneer holds no responsibility for missed bids or system failures.
* As a buyer, registering to bid through The Auction of Raleigh on hiBid.com, acknowledges that buyer has read all terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them.
* Bidders must be 18 years or older to participate in the auction. Bidders must provide address and valid cc information for payment upon completion of auction.
* Shipping of items is available for this auction, at buyer's expense. Insurance or "Replacement Value" is encouraged for item shipping. The Auction of Raleigh is not responsible for any damage to items during shipping.
* Please submit sales tax exempt (E500) information before close of auction if available.

Auction 176 features interesting mid-century furniture, fine primitives and antiques (most original finish), Rolex, Tudor, David Yurman, and a large collection of vaseline glass, just to name a few! Jewelry, art, pottery, clocks, vintage Buick, Selling for two Raleigh estates downsizing, names withheld by family. Also selling for Mrs. Barbara Sedwick of Lahoya Stables, as she moves from the estate at Lahoya Farms. Beautiful, tasteful furnishings!
We have photographed and described items to the best of our ability. However, we strongly encourage everyone to call and stop by to examine these items in person prior to bidding. Size and condition often cannot be represented as well in photos as can be seen in person. If you need additional photos or have questions about any items, please call.
Shipping is available for smaller items in this auction. For larger items, we are happy to work with a shipper of your choice. To ensure a successful experience, please contact us to secure shipping arrangements prior to bidding, if planning to purchase large items.
Winning bidder may be required to pay by wire transfer of funds. If you require shipping, please understand we ship ONLY to the address on file with your credit card. This auction begins to close on Tuesday, December 5, at 7:30 pm.
