301 - WELCOME TO 2026 CLASSIC ESTATE AUCTION

* Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all printed or earlier information provided.
* All items sold as is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The current condition is shown and/or noted, to the best of our ability.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged. You are encouraged to preview items and examine carefully before bidding. Preview time is Saturday, 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen NOT to personally examine them.
* Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason.
* Applicable sales tax will be charged unless you have a sales tax exemption form on file with us.
* Buyer's premium will be charged.
* We accept major credit/debit cards, good NC checks, and cash.
* If your credit card is declined at close of auction, payment is required by end of next business day, no exceptions. No merchandise will be released prior to full payment.
* Items left more than 14 days from pick-up date will be considered abandoned and disposed of at auctioneer's discretion, with no refund or credit. Please call to make arrangements if you need an extended pickup date.
* The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. The auctioneer holds no responsibility for missed bids or system failures.
* As a buyer, registering to bid through The Auction of Raleigh, acknowledges that buyer has read all terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them.
* Bidders must be 18 years or older to participate in the auction. Bidders must provide ID (preferably driver’s license), address, and phone number.
* There is no shipping available for any items in auction.
* Please submit sales tax exempt (E500 form) information before close of auction. No sales tax refunds will be given once items are invoiced with tax.
* Once an item is sold, there are no refunds or exchanges for any reason.
